I understand that this is a difficult time. However, I can assure you that discussing your questions and legal needs with a lawyer will help ease your worries. I am attorney Albert F. Pennisi, and I have been representing people in probate matters for more than 35 years.

Clients know me as a professional, knowledgeable lawyer who is easy to talk to. I spend time explaining issues until clients understand their rights and options. I also remain accessible, taking cases selectively to devote enough time to each one.

Attorneys know my reputation as a hardworking lawyer with extensive experience in Surrogate's Court. I am a skilled negotiator and trial attorney who receives numerous referrals from lawyers for complex probate and estate litigation. My involvement in the local business community has given me a thorough understanding of business operations, which is useful in the probate of estates that include a business in the assets.
