Biography
Isaac N. Tuchman, a graduate of Brooklyn Law School, was admitted to practice in New York State in 1975. Mr. Tuchman's practice concentrates on the collection of balances due under contracts for the purchase of automobiles, automobile leases, credit card accounts, amounts owed to residential and commercial landlords and other consumer and business debts. A significant portion of Mr. Tuchman's caseload relates to the collection of tuition owed to private schools and camps. Mr. Tuchman is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Brooklyn Bar Association, and he has served on several of its committees, including the Civil Court of the City of New York Committee, the Continuing Legal Education Committee, and the Part 137 Mandatory Attorney Client Fee Dispute Resolution Program.
